In the description of each product, you will find our advice for choosing the ideal size. If in doubt, we recommend sizing up.
2. Do you have a physical store?

3. Do you offer promotional codes?
No, we do not offer promo codes. However, shipping is free for orders over €100.
4. What are the different delivery methods?
- Pickup at Headquarters: Free (11 rue Soweto, 44800 Saint-Herblain), Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, by appointment.
- Registered Letter: For lightweight packages, delivery within 2 to 4 days.
- So Colissimo International: Shipped within 72 hours.
- Colissimo Pickup Points: Delivery to post offices, Pickup relay points, or Pickup Station lockers.
- Colissimo Home Delivery (No Signature): Delivery to your home.
5. Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver internationally via So Colissimo International.
6. How much does delivery cost?
The cost depends on the delivery method and the weight of the package, generally between €3 and €10. Delivery is free for orders over €150 on our website.
7. How do I return or exchange a product that doesn’t suit me?
To return a product, contact us by email or on social media, then send it back at your own expense to the following address: 24 rue Copernic – 44000 Nantes. You can then:
- Exchange the product by placing a new order.
- Receive a refund to your bank account within a few days.
- Get store credit to use on our website.
8. What should I do if a product is defective?
Send us a photo of the defective product. We will send you a prepaid envelope for the return, and then you will receive a new product.
