Shipping method :
European and international orders will be carried out by La Poste (Colissimo International) to customer's address and will have to be signed for delivery.
Fees and delays :
- EU and Switzerland : starting from 12.30 €, 3-7 days
- Eastern Europe (excluding EU and Russia) Norway : starting from 16,65 €, 4-8 days
- Canada, United States, Singapor, Australia and New-Zealand : starting from 24,35 €, 5 to 10 days depending on destination
If your country of delivery is not listed above, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to know the cost of packing and shipping fees depending on the country and the number of items in your order.
Orders are usually sent within 10 business days upon payment receipt. Expedition fees include preparation and packing fees. We advise you to group all your items in one order. If not, orders will be sent separately and shipping fees will apply for each order.
Please be aware that administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier for delivery outside Metropolitan France.
Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.
Non-professional customers can use their withdrawal right during a period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery.
In such case, the client must fill the return form available in their personal account in the orders section or by email at email@example.com. The return request will be confirmed by Lililotte to the customer by email.
The products shall be returned with its original packaging, with the original labels attached, brand new, without having used it or washed it.
Return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer if the order was placed from abroad and is at their own risk. Returns will be made at the customer's expense at : Lililotte - 6, rue Marcel Lallouette - 44700 Orvault - France.
The customer can ask for a refund, an exchange or a credit.
