Delivery & Returns

At Lililotte, we do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you quickly and with the utmost care.

Delivery Methods

Customers have two delivery options:

  • Home delivery by La Poste Colissimo (no signature required) — only in mainland France: from €7.90.
  • Delivery to a So Colissimo pickup point — only in mainland France: from €4.60.

Delivery to a pickup point is free for orders over €150. Packages are adapted and items are carefully protected.
Lililotte delivers to France, Europe, and worldwide.
The complete list of deliverable countries and corresponding rates are specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Delivery is entrusted to La Poste Colissimo, our trusted partner:

  • with tracked delivery (no signature required) for mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Andorra, and overseas territories;
  • with tracked delivery (signature required) for international shipments.

For reference, the average delivery times observed by Colissimo are:

  • 48 hours for mainland France;
  • 4 to 5 days for overseas territories and international destinations.

Lililotte commits to shipping orders within a maximum of ten (10) business days following order confirmation. For deliveries outside mainland France, the order may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible.
For any item you wish to replace, simply return it to us and place a new order.

Returns & Refunds

You have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your package. Items must be unworn, unwashed, intact, and returned in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, incomplete, damaged, or soiled items cannot be accepted.

To make a return, please request it at contact@lililotte.com.

We will email you a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package.

You have two options:

  • Refund as store credit: return shipping costs are covered.
  • Refund to your bank account: a fee corresponding to the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refunded amount, covering the return shipping costs.

As part of the right of withdrawal, initial delivery costs are refunded, but return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • non-conformity or hidden defect recognized;
  • delivery error attributable to Lililotte.

For orders delivered from abroad, the return remains the responsibility and at the expense of the customer.

In the event of a defective product or preparation error, Lililotte will of course cover the re-delivery costs.

A Responsible Approach

We have chosen not to systematically offer free returns in order to promote a more thoughtful and sustainable approach to fashion.
Widespread free returns sometimes encourage overconsumption and increase unnecessary transportation, with a significant environmental impact. By limiting these shipments, we advocate for fashion that is more conscious, fairer, and gentler on the planet.
At Lililotte, sustainable is adorable.
